Crispy Fried Beef and Tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef (adjust according to preference)
- Yellow tofu (amount as desired)
- Crispy flour (quantity as needed)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Oil for frying
- Water for boiling the beef

Prepare the Beef:
- Begin by briefly boiling the beef in water, then discard the water. Refill the pot with fresh water and boil the beef again until it is half-cooked.
- Blend the garlic, coriander seeds, and black pepper into a smooth paste. Add this paste to the boiling beef. Continue to cook until the beef is tender and fully cooked.

Fry the Beef:
- Once the beef is tender, pound it until it is well flattened. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pounded beef until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

- Cut the yellow tofu into small pieces according to your preference. Coat the tofu pieces with crispy flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the coated tofu until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve alongside the beef.
