- 1/2 kg chicken breast fillets
- Crispy flour (for coating)

- 1 large onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- Coarsely ground black or white pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 200 ml water
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tablespoon margarine

Prepare the Chicken:
- Coat the chicken breast fillets with crispy flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the coated chicken fillets until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.

Make the Barbecue Sauce:
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- In a saucepan, melt the margarine over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Add the coarsely ground pepper to taste.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add this mixture to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
- Cook the sauce, stirring frequently, until it comes to a boil and thickens to your desired consistency. Adjust seasoning with salt and sugar as needed.
