Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of silken tofu (mashed with a spoon)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 large carrots (grated)
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- Chopped green onions (to taste)
- Seasoning or flavor enhancer (to taste)
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions:

Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed silken tofu, beaten egg, grated carrots, and all-purpose flour. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add chopped green onions and seasoning or flavor enhancer to taste. Stir until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Heat the Oil:
- In a frying pan or skillet, heat enough cooking oil over medium heat to cover the bottom of the pan.

Form and Fry the Patties:
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the tofu mixture into the hot oil. You can adjust the size of each patty according to your preference.
- Fry the patties until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

- Once cooked, remove the patties from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
