Tempe Mendoan Recipe

Ingredients

– Coriander 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Begin by grinding the spices until smooth. Combine the all-purpose flour with the ground spices and gradually add water until you achieve a smooth batter.

  2. Mix in the finely sliced green onions along with salt, pepper, and optional seasoning. Adjust the taste as needed.

  3. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Dip the tempe pieces into the batter and carefully fry them until they are halfway cooked, achieving a golden-brown color for added flavor.
