  • 2 tablespoons of Thai fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass, bruised
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions:

1 Place the rice in a large bowl, tossing with wet hands or chopsticks to break up any lumps. Prep: 5 mins

12 Mix the dressing well, then add 3 tablespoons to the salad mixture.

14 Line a large platter with lettuce leaves.
15 Mound the salad on top of the lettuce.
