- 50-75g raisins, washed

- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp broth powder (optional)
Spice Paste:
- 10 shallots
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 nutmeg, grated
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp toasted peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp toasted cumin seeds
