Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 – 1 cup Cheese Whiz
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for topping)
  • 2 cups cooked crab meat
  • 2 cups cooked shrimp
  • 1 sleeve of butter crackers
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions:

1 Melt the stick of butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add flour and stir until well blended. PT5M
