Ingredients:
- 250 grams yellow moong dal
- 1/2 cup curd, beaten
- 50 grams spinach, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, as needed for cooking

Instructions:
- Begin by washing the yellow moong dal thoroughly. Soak it in water for 4-5 hours. Once soaked, drain the water and transfer the dal to a blender.
- Add a small amount of water and blend to make a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and add the following: salt, curd, chopped spinach, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and lemon juice. Mix everything well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil. Once the pan is hot, pour a spoonful of the batter onto it and spread it out in a round shape.
- Drizzle a little more oil around the edges of the cheela and cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the pan and place it on a serving plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the Moong Dal Palak Cheela hot with a side of coriander-mint chutney and masala tea for a complete breakfast experience.
