Black Pepper Chicken (Ayam Lada Hitam)
Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium-sized onion, sliced lengthwise
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 sachets of black pepper sauce mix
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Clean the chicken thoroughly.
- In a pan, sauté the sliced onion and crushed garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and sauté until it is partially cooked.
- Stir in the 2 sachets of black pepper sauce mix. Mix well.
- Pour in 1 cup of water. Allow the mixture to simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has reduced.
Serve the Black Pepper Chicken hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dishes. Enjoy this flavorful Indonesian-inspired dish!
