Instructions:

  2. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the reserved pineapple juice, water, chicken bouillon, and soy sauce. Heat this mixture to a boil either on the stovetop or in the microwave.

  3. Cornstarch Mixture: In a small container, mix the white vinegar and cornstarch together. Set aside for later use.

  4. Saute Chicken: While waiting for the sauce to boil, sauté the onions and ginger for about a minute. Then, add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
