Ingredients:
- 100 grams ground beef
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 piece of sapo tofu, sliced into rounds
- A handful of enoki mushrooms
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 7 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large chili peppers, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Saori teriyaki sauce, to taste
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), to taste
Instructions:
-
In a large skillet or wok, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, and sliced chili peppers, and sauté until the onions become translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
-
Add the ground beef and enoki mushrooms to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and the mushrooms have softened.
-
Incorporate the broccoli florets and sliced sapo tofu into the skillet. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
-
Season the dish with salt, sugar, and black pepper according to your taste. Drizzle in the Saori teriyaki sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
-
Add a small amount of water to the skillet to help create a bit of sauce and to aid in cooking the broccoli. Cover and let it simmer for a few minutes, or until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
-
Once everything is cooked to your liking, remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
-
Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Sapo Tahu Spesial!
