Beef Teriyaki with Baby Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 oz ground beef
- 1/2 oz baby beans (buncis)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sachet of Saori Teriyaki sauce
- Salt, sugar, and pepper, to taste
- Butter, as needed
Instructions:

-
Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with 1/4 of the Saori Teriyaki sauce sachet. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
-
Prepare the Vegetables: While the beef is marinating, rinse the baby beans and trim the ends. Slice the onion and finely chop the garlic cloves.
-
Sauté Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Once the butter has melted, add the sliced onion and chopped garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent and fragrant.
-
Cook the Beef: Add the marinated ground beef to the pan. Stir occasionally and cook until the beef is browned and most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in a bit more Saori Teriyaki sauce for extra flavor.
-
Add Beans: Add the prepared baby beans to the pan with the beef. Pour the remaining Saori Teriyaki sauce over the mixture. Stir well to coat the beans and beef evenly.
-
Season and Cook: Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar according to your taste preferences. Continue cooking until the baby beans are tender yet still crisp. Be careful not to overcook them to maintain their crunchiness.
-
Serve: Once the beans are cooked to your liking, remove the pan from heat. Serve the Beef Teriyaki with Baby Beans hot and enjoy!
This flavorful and easy-to-make dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a satisfying meal that doesn’t compromise on taste. The combination of tender beef and crisp baby beans in a savory teriyaki sauce will surely delight your taste buds.
