Beef Teriyaki with Baby Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz ground beef
  • 1/2 oz baby beans (buncis)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sachet of Saori Teriyaki sauce
  • Salt, sugar, and pepper, to taste
  • Butter, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with 1/4 of the Saori Teriyaki sauce sachet. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables: While the beef is marinating, rinse the baby beans and trim the ends. Slice the onion and finely chop the garlic cloves.

  3. Sauté Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Once the butter has melted, add the sliced onion and chopped garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent and fragrant.

  4. Cook the Beef: Add the marinated ground beef to the pan. Stir occasionally and cook until the beef is browned and most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in a bit more Saori Teriyaki sauce for extra flavor.

  5. Add Beans: Add the prepared baby beans to the pan with the beef. Pour the remaining Saori Teriyaki sauce over the mixture. Stir well to coat the beans and beef evenly.

  6. Season and Cook: Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar according to your taste preferences. Continue cooking until the baby beans are tender yet still crisp. Be careful not to overcook them to maintain their crunchiness.

  7. Serve: Once the beans are cooked to your liking, remove the pan from heat. Serve the Beef Teriyaki with Baby Beans hot and enjoy!

This flavorful and easy-to-make dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a satisfying meal that doesn’t compromise on taste. The combination of tender beef and crisp baby beans in a savory teriyaki sauce will surely delight your taste buds.
