Black Pepper Beef and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 30 grams beef
- 2 large red chilies
- 2 large green chilies
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 kilogram button mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Cooking oil
- Beef broth (from boiled beef)
- Soy sauce
- Ground pepper
- Black pepper
- Seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- Begin by simmering the beef until tender. Reserve the beef broth for later use in cooking.
- Slice the red and green chilies, garlic, and onion. Clean and slice the button mushrooms.
- Cut the cooked beef into pieces according to your preference.
- Heat a bit of cooking oil in a pan. Sauté the sliced chilies, garlic, and onion until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and pour in a small amount of the reserved beef broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate the beef pieces into the pan and add more beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Allow the mixture to simmer, letting the broth thicken. Season with soy sauce, ground pepper, black pepper, salt, and optional seasoning to taste.
- Once the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, remove from heat and serve.
