Ingredients

  • 300 grams thinly sliced beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large onion

Preparation Steps:

  1. Begin by grating the garlic and ginger finely.
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated garlic and ginger with sweet soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Add sugar, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  4. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow the beef to marinate for approximately 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Once the beef has marinated, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil and butter.
  6. Once the oil and butter are hot, add the marinated beef to the skillet. Stir continuously to cook the beef evenly.
  7. When the beef is halfway cooked, add half of the sliced onion to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking until the liquid reduces.
  8. After the sauce has reduced, add the remaining half of the onion and stir until it becomes tender.
  9. Once the onion is tender and the beef is fully cooked, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
