Chicken and Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leaf of napa cabbage
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Seasoning, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Shred the chicken meat, separating it from the bones.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Wash and clean the carrot and napa cabbage.
    • Dice the carrot and napa cabbage into small pieces.
  3. Combine Ingredients:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and the diced vegetables.
  4. Prepare the Flour Mixture:

    • In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and tapioca flour.
    • Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until it forms a smooth, not too runny batter.
  5. Mix the Batter:

    • Add the flour batter to the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  6. Heat the Pan:

    • Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over low heat.
  7. Prepare the Omelette Mixture:

    • In another bowl, beat the egg and then combine it with the chicken, vegetable, and flour mixture, stirring until well blended.
  8. Cook the Omelette:

    • Once the oil is hot, pour the mixture into the pan.
    • Fry until the omelette is cooked through and golden brown on both sides.
    • Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
