Chicken and Vegetable Omelette
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
- 1 carrot
- 1 leaf of napa cabbage
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Seasoning, to taste

- Shred the chicken meat, separating it from the bones.

- Wash and clean the carrot and napa cabbage.
- Dice the carrot and napa cabbage into small pieces.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and the diced vegetables.

- In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and tapioca flour.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until it forms a smooth, not too runny batter.
