Club Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 Provolone cheese
1/2 Mozzarella cheese
1/2 Leaf lettuce
1 Tomato
2 Purple onion
2 Bacon slices

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • If using, prepare the mustard-mayo blend. Set aside.
    • Slice the tomatoes, purple onions, and cheeses thinly.
    • Cook the bacon until crispy. Drain excess grease and chop into small pieces.
  2. Assemble the Wraps:

    • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
    • If using, spread the mustard-mayo blend evenly over one side of each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  3. Layer Fillings:

    • Begin layering the ingredients evenly over the tortillas. Start with the leaf lettuce as the base.
    • Add a layer of sliced tomatoes, followed by sliced purple onions.
    • Lay the provolone and mozzarella cheese slices over the vegetables.
    • If desired, add slices of turkey or ham for an extra protein boost.
    • Sprinkle the cooked bacon evenly over the cheese.
    • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Roll and Serve:

    • Carefully roll up each tortilla, starting from one end and rolling tightly to enclose the fillings.
    • Secure the wraps by cutting them in half diagonally and inserting wooden picks to hold them together.
