Ingredients:

  • 200 g beef steak
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp red wine
  • 2 tbsp mirin or rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Wasabi or chili, to taste (for a slight spiciness)
  • Cabbage, to taste
  • Broccoli, to taste (boiled)
  • 4 mini tomatoes
  • 3 small potatoes (boiled)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sauce:

    • In a small saucepan, combine the red wine, soy sauce, mirin (or rice vinegar), sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil and then set aside.
  2. Marinate the Steak:

    • Pierce the beef steak with a fork to allow better absorption of the marinade.
    • Place the steak in a plastic bag, add the grated ginger, and massage the bag gently to distribute the ginger evenly over the meat.
    • Let it marinate for 10 minutes, ensuring the meat remains intact.
