Beef Soup (Sop Daging Sapi)
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg beef with a bit of fat
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- Fresh celery leaves and green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Small slices of nutmeg
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Water as needed
- Beef seasoning (Royco or similar)
- Fried shallots (for garnish)
