Kerak Telor [DEBM]
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons dried shrimp (ebi), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely grated cheese
- 1 sachet of chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- Butter or margarine for cooking
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the egg and season with salt to taste.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or margarine, allowing it to melt and coat the pan.
- Pour the beaten egg into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped dried shrimp evenly over the egg.
- Add the grated cheese on top, and then drizzle the chili sauce over the cheese.
- Cook until the egg is set and lightly golden, then carefully flip to cook the other side until crisp.
- Once cooked through and golden brown, remove from the skillet and serve immediately.
