Instructions

Prepare the blended spices along with the additional ingredients such as bay leaves, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal. Also, gather the main ingredients.

Sauté the blended spices in a pan until fragrant, then add a glass of water. Stir in the palm sugar, salt, and seasoning, allowing it to simmer.

Transfer the mixture to a pot, let it boil, then gently add the tempe, tofu, and hard-boiled eggs. Allow to simmer, then incorporate the coconut milk and red chilies, stirring to prevent the coconut milk from curdling.
