Scrambled Eggs with Sausage and Meatballs (Telur Orak Arik Sosis Bakso)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 sausage (sliced)
  • 2 beef meatballs (sliced)
  • 1/4 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice the sausage and beef meatballs into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion and slice the green onion.

  2. Mix Eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs well and add the sliced green onion and a pinch of salt.
