  • 6 green bird’s eye chilies, left whole

  • Water as needed
  • Fried shallots for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Aromatics:
    Heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots, red bird’s eye chilies, and tomato slices. Sauté until the shallots are translucent and fragrant, and the tomatoes have softened.
