  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by cutting the boneless beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onions and green bell pepper.

  2. Brown the Beef: Heat cooking oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook the beef in batches until browned, stirring occasionally. Once browned, remove the beef from the Dutch oven and set it aside.
