Telur Dadar Padang: A Flavorful Indonesian Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons toasted grated coconut

  • 2 stalks of green onions, finely sliced
  • A few fresh turmeric leaves (optional)
