Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized Tuna steaks
- Spice Paste:
- 15 Bird’s eye chilies (adjust to taste)
- 2 large Red chilies
- 5 Shallots
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 small Tomatoes
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Seasoning powder, to taste
- Water, as needed
