  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tofu:

    • Cut the tofu into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy. You can fry them until fully cooked or leave them slightly undercooked for a softer texture, depending on your preference. Once fried, set aside.
  2. Scramble the Egg:

  4. Combine the Ingredients:

    • Add the fried tofu and scrambled egg to the bowl with the sambal kecap sauce. Toss everything together until well-coated with the sauce. Add the rinsed bean sprouts and mix again until evenly distributed.
  5. Garnish and Serve:

    • Transfer the tofu mixture to a serving plate. Top with chopped celery and a sprinkle of fried shallots for added texture and flavor. Serve immediately while warm.
