Easy Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or cooking oil
For Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Paprika or smoked paprika, to taste (optional)

- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips, about 1-2 cm thick.
- In a bowl, combine the lemon or lime juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, ground cumin, and paprika or smoked paprika (if using). Mix well to create the marinade.
- Toss the chicken strips in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook briefly until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
