Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Sausage, Meatballs, and Egg
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch water spinach (kangkung), washed and cut into segments
- 1 sausage, sliced
- 5 chicken meatballs, sliced
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 shallots, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Saori soy sauce, to taste
- A small amount of cooking oil
Instructions:

Begin by thoroughly washing the water spinach, then cut it into manageable pieces. Slice the sausage and chicken meatballs into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced shallots, and sauté until they become fragrant and golden.

Add the sliced sausage and chicken meatballs to the pan. Push them to one side of the skillet to make room for the egg.

Crack the egg into the empty side of the skillet and scramble it until it is cooked through. Once done, mix the scrambled egg with the sausage and meatballs.

Add the water spinach to the skillet, along with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir everything together, allowing the spinach to wilt slightly. If necessary, add a small splash of water to help the spinach cook evenly.

Drizzle a bit of Saori soy sauce over the mixture, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
