Samosas Recipe 🥟
Description: These samosas take a bit of time to prepare, but the end result is so worth it! They are not difficult to make, however.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a fairly large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and onions for about 3-4 minutes or until translucent.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper to taste, and brown it.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Pour in lemon juice, water, garam masala, mint leaves, and cumin.
- Stir to combine and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Add pine nuts and cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat and allow the mixture to slightly cool.

Assemble the Samosas:
- Fill each wonton wrapper with a spoonful of the meat mixture.
- Moisten the edges with water and seal them together, forming triangular pockets.

Cook the Samosas:
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the samosas in the hot oil and brown them, turning frequently until golden, for about 4 minutes in total.
- Once golden, remove the samosas from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Optional: Freezing Instructions:
- Samosas can be frozen either before or after deep frying.
- If freezing before frying, thaw them and then deep fry as instructed above.
- If freezing after frying, thaw them and reheat in a 350°F oven until heated through, approximately 10 minutes.
