Ingredients

  • Ground beef (amount as desired)
  • 1-2 medium onions
  • Garlic (to taste)
  • 1-2 carrots (optional)
  • Sambal sauce (to taste)
  • Tomato sauce (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Beef bouillon powder (to taste)
  • Oregano (to taste)
  • Spaghetti pasta
  • Margarine
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
Begin by dicing the carrots into small cubes and boiling them until tender. Slice the onions and mince the garlic.

  2. Cook the Beef Sauce:
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan. Sauté the minced garlic and sliced onions until they release a fragrant aroma. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until it is evenly browned. Incorporate the previously boiled carrots into the mixture.

  3. Flavor the Sauce:
Season the beef mixture with sambal sauce, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, sugar, black pepper, and beef bouillon powder to taste. Stir well to combine all the flavors. Allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens to your preference. Once done, transfer the sauce to a separate container.

  4. Cook the Spaghetti:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a small amount of margarine and oregano to the water to enhance the flavor of the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.

  5. Serve:
Drain the cooked spaghetti and plate it. Top with the beef sauce and a drizzle of sambal sauce for an extra kick if desired.
