Green Chana Chutney is a traditional side dish in Rajasthan, where it is often enjoyed as an accompaniment to various meals. Not only is it a flavorful chutney, but fresh green chickpeas are versatile enough to be used in dishes like halwa, vegetables, pickles, and more. Known for its health benefits, this chutney is a great addition to your daily meals. If fresh green chickpeas aren’t available, you can substitute them with frozen green chickpeas for the same delicious result.
